This is a fund designated by donors to be used for room furnishings, window coverings, painting, and other non-medical supplies to enhance the comfort of the patient rooms and common areas.

The Foundation made its first purchase of an adaptive bike, “The Duet Bike”,in 2012 for the Recreation Dept to use with residents on Continuing Care. The Residents love the experience! This year the Foundation was made aware of the potential to enhance the health and wellness of a very special young man, Ace Noble with a “Duet Bike” for use in the community.  The Foundation purchased a second bike and has loaned it to the Noble family for their use as long as it is needed.  Although non-verbal and unable to walk, Ace loves “to feel the wind in his face!”
